Our dedicated team comprises of competent people with extensive knowledge and experience. Our professionalism and expertise helps us to service our clients to their satisfaction. Some of the key members of our firm are :

K N NarAyanan

He is the Senior Partner of the Firm and has over 40 years of experience in Income Tax and Audits. He specializes in Statutory Audits and Internal Audits including IND AS. He also represents before the CIT (A) and ITAT.

PRIYA BHANSALI

She is the Managing Partner and has over 30 years of experience in the field of Taxation, FEMA and Audit. She qualified as an Information Systems Auditor in 2001 and has completed a Certificate Course on Goods and Services Tax (GST) conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2018. She has successfully completed her Certificate Course on Internal Audit in 2025. She is a regular speaker on technical subjects at ICAI and educational institutions.

She was the first lady to be elected to the Central Council of ICAI and served as a Member between 1995-98. She was also a member of SIRC of ICAI for the period 1988-93, serving as its Secretary in 1992. She has been co-opted to various committees of ICAI. She was the First National Convener of the Women Steering Group of ICAI, New Delhi for the year 2009-10.

Priya was also the Honorary Secretary of the Coimbatore Management Association. She was also on the Board of Studies of the Department of Commerce at Avinashilingam University, Coimbatore. Currently, she is serving as a Committee Member of The Auditors Association of Southern India. She is also an Independent Woman Director on the Board of Listed Companies.

SHEILENDRA BHANSALI

He has over 30 years of experience in the field of Audit, Business Valuation and Investment Planning. He is an avid quizzer and has conducted over 600 quizzes. He is a regular speaker on technical subjects at ICAI and educational institutions. He was on the Board of Management Studies at Karunya University, Coimbatore. He is the Vice President of Coimbatore Quiz Circle. Sheilendra is also an Independent Director on the Board of a Listed Company.

V CHANDRA MOULEESWARAN

He has over 30 years of experience in the field of Assurance and Tax. He has worked with the Shaw Wallace Group in various areas. He is a specialist in the field of internal audits, management support services and Direct Taxation, handling both corporate and non-corporate areas.

T JAFFRULLA KHAN

He has over 40 years of experience and is partner in-charge of the Bangalore Branch. He specialises in matters related to Income Tax and has introduced client specific audit programs. He is a rank holder in B.Com.

GAURANG C UNADKAT

He has about 15 years of experience in the field of audit and taxation. In charge of the Mumbai Branch, Gaurang specializes in Transfer Pricing Audit, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and other bank assurance services. Gaurang is also a Registered Valuer (IBBI).

SUNIL KUMAR

With over 15 years of experience in Taxation and Audit, he is a seasoned professional with a strong command over Direct Tax Laws and Regulatory Frameworks. He has advised a diverse clientele, ranging from Individuals to Businesses, on Tax Compliance, Planning, and Litigation Matters.

His core expertise lies in Direct Taxes, where he provides strategic guidance on Assessments, Tax Structuring, and Dispute Resolution. He regularly represents clients before various tax authorities, including the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) [CIT(A)], and Assessing Officers, demonstrating a high level of proficiency in handling complex tax proceedings.

VENUGOPAL R

He has over 30 years experience in the field of financial management, auditing, treasury Management, Indirect & Direct Taxation, IFRS, Internal Audit and Statutory Audit. He is a qualified CMA and Information System Auditor. He has also completed the certification course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection and GST of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

RAJU KHATRI
A Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of specialized experience in Automation, Indirect Taxation and GST, with a strong track record of helping businesses stay compliant, decision driven, and optimize their financial management . Qualified as a Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD) professional from ICAI, bringing investigative rigor to fraud examinations, revenue leakage reviews, and litigation support engagements. Also an AI Level 1 Certified professional from ICAI, applying artificial intelligence in audit analytics and intelligent compliance workflows.

Deep expertise in Transfer Pricing deployment post TP study reports, Form 3CEB filings and Microsoft application based automation of transfer pricing workings that significantly reduce documentation time. A strong focus on process enhancement through workflow redesign, internal control strengthening, and building audit-ready SOPs for organizations across sectors.

Specialized in developing custom MIS and Business Intelligence dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Spreadsheet— delivering real-time visibility into key business metrics for finance and tax leadership. A unique blend of tax depth, forensic thinking, AI literacy, and reporting technology — offering businesses a comprehensive edge in compliance, risk detection, and operational efficiency.

SUMIT DAFTARY
With over 14 years of professional experience, Sumit specialises in Goods & Services Tax (GST) — handling compliance, audits, and litigation for both corporate and non-corporate entities, while representing assessee's before GST authorities. He serves as Treasurer of the Association of Chartered Accountants, Chennai and holds active positions in other professional forums. Beyond practice, he contributes to the profession as a Guest Faculty at various colleges and educational institutions, sharing his expertise with the next generation of finance professionals.

PRASHANT DAYAMA

He is a Chartered Accountant with around 10 years of experience, specializing in internal and management audits, risk advisory, due diligence, and MIS reporting. He leads audit and risk assessment projects across various sectors in India.
